Quite tasty! Felt like a classic pizza parlor! The pizza was ooey gooey cheesy. The sauce had a flavor that wasn't comparable to any other places I've been (local or chain) and it was very enjoyable. I would eat here just for the garlic butter dipping sauce!
The pizza and hoggies are delicious. Seems like we enjoy it even more since we moved away. It's definitely one of our first stops when we are visiting now.

Great local favorite. We called and ordered carryout, and the good was ready as quoted. We ordered: 1. Steak hoagie cheese - holy onions, If you love them, order them, but be prepared for quite a few. Overall, this was a solid steak hoagie. (4/5 ) 2. Richards Deluxe - the crust, sauce, and toppings were all tasty. (4/5 ) 3. Mushroom pepperoni - our LOs enjoyed, and they had quality ingredients. (4/5 ) We would visit again as this locally-owned restaurant has great food and supports the community.
Delicious pizza and steak sandwiches. I’m originally from Hamilton but have resided in Columbus for the past 8 years. Every time we come home we have to go to Richard’s for a taste of home! And who said Customer Service is dead?? Amanda C. provided us with the BEST Customer Service ever. She’s a sweet, thoughtful and hard-working young lady. What an asset to this establishment.
The pizza bites are an amazing appetizer woth the garlic dipping sauce. I enjoyed the taste of my calzone. The pizza is so wonderful. Service is very kind and welcoming.
Absolutely love this place. It had been a couple of years since I was there and they did not disappoint! Probably the best steak hoagie anywhere! The pizza is wonderful as well. The people are awesome and helpful. The homemade fudge is freaking amazing! I highly recommend this place. There are a couple so if you can’t make it to Hamilton, you can hit the one on RT 4 in Fairfield.
Good fun friendly atmosphere. The food was fresh and the servers were kind. Not to mention there were 25 of us and they got everyone seated and served very quickly
